Attribution Fragments

What are Attribution Fragments?

Attribution Fragments are pieces of broken runes. They stack like coins and are the raw material of new Attribution Runes.

Where fragments come from

Recycling

The main source: recycling attributed equipment at your Forge gives 3 fragments per attribute.

Star Monsters

Star Monsters drop fragments directly: the more stars, the more often and the more fragments at a time. A three star creature always drops some.

Normal creatures never drop fragments.

Fragments into runes

1. At the Forge, the Fragments tab forges 100 fragments into 1 unattuned Attribution Rune. A slider lets you forge several at once.
2. Reveal turns each unattuned rune into a rune of one of the seven categories (Weapon, Distance, Helmet, Armor, Legs, Shield or Boots). The category is drawn by the server; you see the seven options but cannot choose. Every category has the same chance.
3. Revealed runes are normal items: use them, store them or trade them.

Greater runes are never produced from fragments.
