Lost Account

Lost access to your account? The normal way is by e-mail. If you also lost the e-mail, use the Recovery Key (last resort) to move the account to a new e-mail address.

1. Forgot the password (by e-mail)

2. Lost the e-mail too (Recovery Key)

Your account will be moved to the new e-mail address after you confirm it. Then you choose a new password. We never show or send the Recovery Key.
